The independent Townhouses and Apartments are occupied by residents who wish to retain a significant level of independence, but also appreciate the companionship, the security, the organised recreational  facilities, and the 24 hour backup care that is provided by the Village.

The modern Townhouses and Apartments are developed by the in-house Ryman architectural team and offer the latest designs in Retirement Living.

The homes are designed to allow residents easy home management, nestled amongst beautiful landscaped gardens surrounded by friendly neighbours.

Independent residents have the use of all the Village facilities at their leisure and often form groups and organisations within the Village community. They receive fantastic services including maintenance, lawnmowing, window cleaning and much more. Independent living residents also have the opportunity to obtain additional services within the village at a reasonable cost (eg meals).

What do I pay for an Independent Townhouse?
